How many boots come in a set?
Four — one for every paw. Every Canela order is a complete set of 4 boots (2 front, 2 back), and each boot is made to that specific paw's own measurements. We never sell them as a 2-pack.
Will they actually stay on?
Yes — that's the whole point of custom fit. Each set is made to your dog's exact paw measurements with a secure strap, so there's no gap for the boot to work loose like sized boots have.
How does the custom fit work?
Order first, then we email you a PawScan link. You photograph your dog's paws with your phone (about 2 minutes), our system measures them precisely, and we craft your boots to those exact measurements.
What if the fit isn't right?
If your PawScan-measured boots don't fit properly, we remake them free — that's our Fit Guarantee. Details in our refund & returns policy.
How long until they arrive?
Each set of 4 is made to order. Typical time from scan to your door is 5–14 business days.
How does the second-set offer work?
