How many boots come in a set?
Every order includes a complete set of 4 boots — 2 front and 2 back — each custom-fit to your dog’s individual paw measurements. Front and back paws are different shapes, so each boot is tailored separately.
How does PawScan work?
PawScan is our proprietary measurement system. Open it on your phone, follow the guided steps, and capture 14 individual paw measurements in under 2 minutes. Your scan is matched against our breed-specific database to create a precise fit profile. You can also try AI PawScan (experimental) — snap a photo and the AI does the rest.
What’s the difference between ForméFit Original and ForméFit ID?
ForméFit Original ($60) is our signature boot — custom-fit, everyday protection in a range of colors. ForméFit ID ($70–$85) is our flagship — fully personalised with custom color combinations, refined strap finishes, and optional name engraving.
Will the boots actually stay on my dog?
Yes — that’s the whole point. Generic dog shoes slip off because they’re not shaped to your dog’s paw. Canela boots are built from your dog’s exact measurements, so they grip naturally without over-tightening. No more lost shoes on walks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Thailand. Domestic orders (Thailand) arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders typically take 7–14 business days. Free shipping on all orders to the USA, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, and South Korea. Other countries: free shipping on orders over $80.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account.
What surfaces are the boots designed for?
ForméFit boots protect against hot pavement, cold surfaces, rough terrain, gravel, sand, and urban sidewalks. They’re built for everyday use while maintaining your dog’s natural movement and flexibility.
What breeds do you support?
Our breed-specific paw database covers 100+ breeds, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. The PawScan system captures your dog’s unique measurements regardless of breed, so even mixed breeds get a precise fit.
Can I add a custom name to my boots?
Yes! The ForméFit ID offers optional custom name engraving on the straps for an additional $25. It’s a subtle, integrated signature that makes the boots uniquely your dog’s.
Are customs duties included in the price?
Orders shipped to Thailand, United States, Canada, Singapore, and South Korea are delivered duty paid (DDP) — no additional customs fees or import taxes at delivery. All other international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
