We offer free shipping on all orders to the USA, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, and South Korea. Other countries qualify for free shipping on orders over USD $80.

Every shipped order includes tracking. You'll get the details by email the moment your order is dispatched, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

All duties and taxes are included (DDP) for the countries listed in the table above. For all other destinations, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, we're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at contact@canelapawwear.com as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve it.
