All products are handcrafted custom dog boots. Colors and materials may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
Prices are displayed in multiple currencies based on your location. The final charge will be in the currency shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Custom-fit and personalized orders (including name engravings) are made to order and may have different return conditions — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the local currency of your market (USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD, THB).
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for detailed information about shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, delivery times, and international shipping.

Orders shipped to Thailand, United States, Canada, and Singapore are delivered duty paid (DDP) — no additional customs fees or import taxes at delivery. All other international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
